By accessing or using Big Tech Market, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using the service, you represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all applicable terms and conditions.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service:
- In any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or similar solicitations.
- To impersonate the operator, staff, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment or an active subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the relevant product flow. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees using your selected payment method. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Big Tech Market and its licensors, except for content you submit or that is clearly attributed to third parties. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Tech Market and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

DocuSign Connect
The following applies when the DocuSign Connect feature is enabled on your account.
By using DocuSign Connect to sign agreements on this platform, you agree to conduct transactions electronically and acknowledge that electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures under applicable e-sign laws.
Razorpay Payments
The following applies when the Razorpay Payments feature is enabled on your account.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet) for the specified transaction amount. All transactions are subject to Razorpay’s terms of service and billing rules. Refunds, when applicable, are processed in accordance with our refund policy and may take several business days to credit back to your account.
Shopify–HubSpot Sync
The following applies when the Shopify–HubSpot Sync feature is enabled on your account.
Operators must ensure that all synchronized customer data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We are not liable for data inconsistencies resulting from configuration profiles or third-party API service interruptions.
Wallet
The following applies when the Wallet feature is enabled on your account.
Wallet balances are closed-loop stored value usable only on this platform. They are not legal tender, cannot be withdrawn for cash or transferred to other users, and have no value outside this service. Top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by law; refunds for purchases may be credited back to your wallet balance when offered by the merchant. The operator may adjust balances for fraud prevention, chargebacks, or compliance. By adding funds or using wallet balance at checkout, you agree to these wallet-specific terms.
